Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and packed in the order they are received. USPS picks up shipments daily, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Every reasonable effort is made to securely package products to protect them during normal shipping and handling. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, STYM is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or other issues that occur while the package is in the carrier’s possession.

STYM cannot be responsible for damage resulting from carrier mishandling, severe weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

For issues involving delivery delays, lost packages, shipping damage, tracking, or address-related delivery problems, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
